Based in Cardiff, South Wales, Ceaton are a company specialising in the design, installation, service and maintenance of fire detection, security & CCTV, automated entry/exit and access control systems.
Project Insight:
Ceaton is competing in a busy market for skilled engineers, with highly skilled engineers commanding higher wages and more perks. Ceaton needed to cut through in that busy market and reach those highly prized skilled engineers with a clear message around how they would be the perfect career move for the right engineers.

Culture-led content:
– In order to showcase what makes Ceaton a leader in its field and a great employer we focused the promo on the culture of the business and how they operate on a peer to peer level.
Personality-led content:
– In order to showcase the culture at Ceaton authentically we opted to do so through the staff and their own stories/experiences. Nothing was scripted and the personnel of the business were asked to answer questions in their own words and to use their own experiences in the answers. This allowed the story of the business to be told by those who live and breathe it everyday.
Outcome:
A very well received video that the management and staff at Ceaton all recognised as a great showcase of their culture and business, which will now be used to aid the recruitment process moving forward as Ceaton continues to grow.
