Distillerie Mette Peach (Peche) 45% 500ml morey-saint-denis-premier-cru Clonal components of AbelVine peaches harvested in mid summer. After a natural fermentation, they are distilled twice in our copper pot stills. Our peach brandy is aged for at least one year in stainless steel vats before bottling Consume it as a digestive at 13c in a tulip glass. Colour: transparent, crystal clear. Nose: fresh with notes of summer fruits, very ripe peaches, with a hint of almond. Palate: frank and mellow with a texture of peach skin. Finish: silky and fruity.
